Troy Trojans Betting Preview
Troy kicked off their season with a matchup against Toledo. The Trojans were able to win that one 84-74. Game two against New Orleans was an even bigger win. Troy took their second consecutive game by a score of 78-61.
In game three versus Arkansas, Troy took their first loss. The Trojans were actually leading 27-26 at the break, then got drilled in the second half 39-22 for a 65-49 result. Tops in scoring was Jackson Fields with 13 points and six boards.
Oregon Ducks Betting Preview
Over on the Ducks’ side, they’ve done quite well so far with three straight wins to open the season. Oregon was able to beat UC Riverside 91-76 in their opener. Game two was another win, this time a blowout 79-48 affair against Montana.
Matched up against Portland for Tuesday’s game, the Ducks kept it going—but it was a close one. Oregon came back from a 31-23 halftime deficit to force overtime and eventually won 80-70. Jadrian Tracey was the high man in the win with 19 points and five rebounds. Oregon will take on Oregon State, Texas A&M, San Diego State, and USC after this game.

Troy vs Oregon Prediction
I might try Troy in this one. The Trojans played a nice first half against a great Arkansas team in their last outing but fizzled out after the break. Troy ended up shooting a tepid 38.2 percent from the field with just 15.8 percent from 3-point range and a whopping 24 turnovers. The Trojans did control the glass quite well with a 37-30 advantage there.
As for the Ducks, they were in major trouble against a struggling Portland team in their last game but found a way to come back and win. Oregon shot 40.6 percent from the field and a rough 7-of-31 (22.6 percent) from outside but did notch 45 rebounds and 14 team assists. If Troy can stay strong on the boards Sunday and bag some high-percentage looks, I can see the Trojans covering.
