In this game, Western Kentucky is going to need to hit those shots from deep again. 

Lipscomb Fell Just Short

Lipscomb faced off against Belmont in the last game and the offense scored 79 points, but it wasn’t enough as the defense gave up 80 points and that led to the defeat. They scored 47 points in the second half, but the defense also gave up 47 points, and that led to the defeat. Jacob Ognacevic had a strong game putting up 28 points, seven rebounds, and four assists. Will Puritt also put up 20 points, five assists, and four rebounds. Two games ago against Wofford, the offense scored 78 points while the defense gave up only 69 points. This is a team that can score. The question is, will they make enough stops? Lipscomb will play against Kentucky, Jackson State, Alabama A&M, and Chattanooga after this one.

Lipscomb vs Western Kentucky Prediction

Lipscomb and Western Kentucky are both going to put on a show with the offense here. Lipscomb’s offense has been running up the score to start the season and they are going to put on a show here. Western Kentucky’s offense is also going to have no issue running up the score. Look for Western Kentucky and Lipscomb to both go over the 80-point mark, and that will be the difference.
