Oklahoma City Thunder vs Minnesota Timberwolves Prediction
The Thunder looked close to unbeatable in their big win in Game 2, they played great defense from the tip-off and got plenty of production from the newly crowned NBA MVP, who poured in 38 points. The pressure is now on the Timberwolves to respond or they will find themselves at serious risk of getting swept. We can give the Timberwolves a bit of a pass for Game 1 as Edwards was surely playing through an injury after spending significant time in the locker room during the game.
However, the Thunder was nothing short of dominant in Game 2. 2. The Thunder now hold all the momentum and they are just two wins from an NBA Finals berth, but the Timberwolves are playing for their season in this one. I think they can get the job done if they can get the home crowd involved early. I think we will see a much closer game with someone like Randle stepping up for the Timberwolves.
