Texas Rangers vs. San Francisco Giants Prediction

I’m on the under in this one. Mahle has been outstanding out of the gate so far this year, and while I think the other shoe will drop eventually, it’s hard not to give him credit and the benefit of the doubt for what he’s done up to this point, and I think he could carry it over here. On the other side, the Rangers haven’t been great against lefties this season; they’ve been striking out a ton, and that’s what Robbie Ray wants to hear, as Ray for the better part of his career has been a strikeout-dependent starter. I think Ray drums up potentially his best start of the year, and I think we could have a pitcher’s duel brewing here. Give me the under.
