I’m on the Tigers here. I think the Dodgers are going to be a team I back a fair bit this season, and it’s tempting to grab them here, considering it’s not often you’re going to get the Dodgers at home at a reasonable price. However, Blake Snell historically has been a slow starter, and the Tigers have some confidence after a strong run to the playoffs last year. Skubal has to show that last year wasn’t a flash in the pan, but the tools are there, and I like his chances to start strong. I’ll take my chances with Detroit in this one.
