Athletics vs Texas Rangers Prediction

The Athletics are playing solid ball as of late and will be worth looking at moving forward. The problem here is we’re getting a pick ’em price, so the value is with the Rangrs at home. I’ve bashed Corbin endlessly over the years as he’s been possibly the worst starting pitcher in the sport. Since 2021, Corbin has a 5.67 ERA and 1.53 WHIP, as well as a 1.6 HR per nine innings and 2.9 walks per nine innings. It’s been awful, folks. However, Corbin has allowed just six runs in his 14.1 innings this season, and he held the Athletics to two runs in five innings six days ago. Corbin is a two-time all-star and a World Series champion, so it’s in there somewhere. Still a small sample size, but maybe this is a turning point for the 35-year-old. Give me the Rangers.

Randy Chambers's Pick: Texas Rangers -110
