Liberty did run wild and Quinton Cooley finished with 12 carries for 111 yards and two touchdowns. Treon Sibley finished with five catches for 155 yards. 

Against New Mexico State the defense did struggle to slow down the run and in this game that can’t happen again. This Liberty squad has a ton of confidence or what they can do this season but to reach that goal, the defense is going to need to play better. Liberty will take on East Carolina, App State, and FIU after this game.

This total is too low. Liberty is a strong offensive team and they are going to have no issue running up the score here. UTEP’s defense has issues and they are going to really struggle again here.
