Seattle kept San Francisco’s offense in check during their Week 18 road win, holding the Niners to just 173 yards (53 rushing), nine first downs and 2-of-9 on third-down tries. The Seahawks managed 361 yards (181 passing) on the other side with 23 first downs and 6-of-13 on third-down attempts. Seattle has held opponents below 17 points in five of the last six games, so points will be at a premium for San Francisco here.

Speaking of San Francisco, they notched a nice road win over Philly last weekend with 361 total yards, 286 pass yards, 6.2 yards per play, 20 first downs and 6-of-11 on third-down tries. The 49ers gave up just 167 passing yards on the other side and 5-of-16 on third-down conversion attempts.

San Francisco had scored 37 or more points in three straight games heading into their Week 18 loss to Seattle. These teams know each other well so we may see a little creative trickery on either side. It’s sure to be a good one to watch.
