Phoenix Suns Betting Preview
The Phoenix Suns have been in fine form as they’ve won six of their last eight games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back in this one after having their four-game win streak snapped by the Raptors in a 122-115 road defeat on Friday. Jalen Green led the team with 34 points on 13 of 25 shooting, Devin Booker added 31 points on 10 of 20 shooting while Grayson Allen chipped in with 15 points and six assists. As a team, the Suns shot 48 percent from the field and 18 of 42 from the 3-point line as they got off to a quick start and looked to be in control for most of the contest, but just when it looked like the Suns were about to pull away, they get outscored by 27-10 in the final 8:00 of the fourth quarter to lose a game they probably should have won.
Boston Celtics Betting Preview
Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics have been in great form as they’ve won 15 of their last 20 games overall and they will be looking to stay hot after running past the lowly Wizards in a 111-100 home win on Saturday. Neemias Queta led the team with 24 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks on 11 of 13 shooting, Jayson Tatum added 20 points with 14 rebounds and seven assists, Jaylen Brown scored 16 points while Luka Garza chipped in with 15 points on five of six shooting off the bench. As a team, the Celtics shot 44 percent from the field and 12 of 46 from the 3-point line as they took full control of the contest with a dominant 35-14 second quarter to lead by as many as 30 points which was more than enough to hold off the Wizards who finished with a flurry at the end.
Phoenix v Boston Free Prediction
The Suns have ruled out Dillon Brooks and Mark Williams once again, while the Celtics are playing without Nikola Vucevic. These teams last met on Feb 24 and it was the Celtics who played excellent defense to win by 97-81. I can’t picture anything but another win for the red-hot Celtics at home where they are so tough to beat, but I am expecting a much closer contest in this one. I like the Celtics to come away with the win at home, but for the Suns to get the cover in the end.
