I’ll lean toward the Royals. Singer is pitching well lately but doesn’t have the wins to show for it. He’s just 0-1 in the last three starts despite three earned in 17.1 innings total. As for Feltner, he posted a bad outing versus the Dodgers on June 19 (5.0 innings; six earned) but since then he’s got just three earned in 11.0 innings.
On Saturday the Royals posted eight team hits, with three of them coming from Hunter Renfroe. Otherwise the offense couldn’t connect on anything outside of a Vinnie Pasquantino homer. KC needs to get the bats going Sunday.
