Chicago White Sox vs Miami Marlins Prediction
I’ll lean toward the White Sox. Thorpe is doing well over his last two starts with just two earned runs in 12.0 innings on four hits and five walks, winning both. He did have a loss on June 16 versus the Diamondbacks with seven earned in 3.1 innings, but it’s been smooth sailing since then.
On Thursday the White Sox fell into an early 5-1 hole and couldn’t climb back out on eight team hits. The bullpen wasn’t very good either (outside of Steven Wilson) during a rough loss. I think Chicago can bounce back if Thorpe has a good day Friday, though.
