They’ve been the worst team in baseball over the last three years and continue to burn a hole in bettors’ pockets. Cannon isn’t changing much, especially when he has a 6.35 ERA and .244 allowed batting average in 22.2 road innings. The Royals have been on fire over the last couple of weeks, and that shouldn’t stop here against a downright terrible franchise. Wacha has been respectable this season, which includes allowing 11 hits and three runs in his last 12.1 innings.
