Perez has been hit or miss, but he’s a talented young arm capable of gems on any given start. It’s been a rough September for Perez, but he has a 3.45 ERA and a .230 allowed batting average at home. I still have stock on Perez and expect him to blossom into an all-star caliber arm. I’ll grab the plus money with the feisty Marlins.
