Belgium vs Australia Prediction
Belgium and the free bucket is attractive when you consider it will have the best player on the floor in Emma Meesseman. However, I do believe Australia is the better team overall from top to bottom and has the better coach in Sandy Brondello. Australia is also a team that's been in these spots in the past and probably will handle the pressure better. While Belgium has better numbers as a team, it's also been far more up and down, and you're really not sure which team you're going to get entering this contest. I have slightly more faith in Australia. Give me the Aussies to win its first women's basketball medal in 12 years.
Randy’s Pick Australia -1.5
