He won the set 6-4 without facing any resistance. The second set couldn’t have gone any better for Bergs, who saved three crucial break points in the third game and went on to break Auger-Aliassime’s serve twice and eventually wrapped up the match 6-4, 6-1 in an hour and 29 minutes.
