Diallo has compiled 36 wins and 27 losses in 2025. He has won two of his last three completed matches on tour and is coming off a three-set loss to James Duckworth in Almaty. Diallo is on course to finish the season in the top 40 for the first time, as he doesn’t defend a lot of points in the coming weeks of the season.

Diallo will pose a major challenge as this is one of the toughest first rounds Auger-Aliassime could have had. That said, I still fancy the more experienced and accomplished Canadian to win this.
