Iga Swiatek vs Mirra Andreeva Prediction
Swiatek is in the midst of those jaw-dropping runs in tournaments where she inflicts a 6-0 to almost every opponent she plays. Let's lay down the facts. Swiatek's level of consistency and mental toughness are attributes that very few players on tour can match and I always reiterate that her tennis IQ is incomparable considering just how decisive and effective she is in making split-second decisions on the court.
I'm running out of superlatives to describe Andreeva's meteoric rise. She's the most talented teenager of her generation and that top 10 debut could be on the cards if she can pull off the upset here. But I just don't see it happening. Andreeva will need to play out of her skin. She'll need a perfect offensive game to take down Swiatek. There are still gaps in her game, don't forget she's only 17 and nowhere near her peak years and she's been punching above her weight already. That said, I'm looking at another dominant Swiatek win. With some of her rivals falling, it is Iga's title to lose.
