The 2020 Rotterdam Open quarterfinals are here, and with it, some exciting matchups are going to be watched.
Filip Krajinovic vs. Andrey Rublev:
Both players have played incredibly well this tournament and looking at their H2H we can see it stands at 1-1. However, Rublev is just in incredible form as of late. The Russian is 14-1 for the year and will continue his run of dominance here in Rotterdam. Look for Rublev to be a real contender for the title this year.
Pick: Rublev in straight sets
Gael Monfils vs. Daniel Evans:
Evans beat Karen Khachanov in a hard-fought match to book his spot in the quarterfinal here in Rotterdam. Now the Brit meets the defending champion Gael Monfils. Monfils is in incredible form and is determined to defend his title. Monfils has turned a page in his career and is more determined to win matches nowadays.
Pick: Monfils in straight sets
Jannik Sinner vs. Pablo Carreno Busta:
Jannik Sinner has put on an amazing performance this tournament and now meets Pablo Carreno Busta in the quarterfinal. Sinner has nothing to lose, and all to gain. These traits will allow him to not have any pressure on himself to win this match, and eventually help him win the big points.
Felix Auger-Aliassime vs. Aljaz Bedene:
FAA found his serve again in his straight sets victory over Grigor Dimitrov in the Round of 16. Bedene put on an incredible performance and beat Tsitsipas in straight sets, not allowing the Greek star even a chance to challenge and come back in the match. Both players put on incredible performances, but FAA is the better player. Bedene will be tired after all the celebrations of the biggest match of his career and will underestimate FAA. FAA will come out and dominate.
Pick: Felix Auger-Aliassime
