Jannik Sinner meets Radu Albot in the first-round of the 2020 Rotterdam Open.
Jannik Sinner is the new kid on the block. The Italian is such a good player with amazing potential, but he needs to continue to work on his game if he wants to achieve this potential. Sinner had an amazing 2019, winning the NextGen finals in November and placing his name in the head of all tennis players around the world. Jannik is an amazing server, great mover around the court, and is strong in baseline rallies. Sinner plays as if he has played at a professional level for years, and it is amazing to watch.
Radu Albot had an amazing 2019 season. The Moldovan won his first ATP tour title and showed us his will to win. Albot lacks in height and serving ability, but he is one of the fastest movers around the court. Albot is an amazing returner and is able to move opponents around whilst playing an exciting and flamboyant game. Albot is towards the latter end of his career, but it seams that he is at the peak. Will he be able to challenge the new kid on the block?
This will be the first meeting between both players. Both Albot and Sinner can win this match, but it comes down to who has more talent. Radu Albot is an amazing mover around the court, but he does not have the ability to win quick and easy points because of his height. On the other hand, Sinner, is tall and strong. Sinner will edge this match, but expect a long match with a lot of ups and downs for both players.
Jannik Sinner to win.
