Netherlands is playing well heading into this game and they have to have some confidence, especially with the offense. In the round of 16 against Romania, Netherlands was able to secure the 3-0 victory. In the last game against Turkey, Netherlands fell behind 1-0 and they looked to be in trouble. After the 70th minute though, the offense got on the board scoring two goals and they ended up winning by a goal. Stefan De Vrij scored in the 70th minute and that really opened up the confidence. The Netherlands had 60 percent of the possession and four shots on target. Wout Weghorst played a big role in the last game, and the big question is, will they allow him to start in this game?

Is England going to bring it home? England hasn’t looked exactly dominant in the tournament but all that matters is the offense. In the Round of 16 against Slovakia it took a goal in the 95th minute to even get to overtime. In the overtime period it was Harry Kane that scored the game winner. In the last game it took a shootout but they were able to advance against Switzerland. Bukayo Saka scored in the 80th minute to tie the game after giving up a goal five minutes earlier. Luke Shaw made an appearance in the last game and he has now told everyone that he is ready to start. It’s unclear at this point if he’s going to start, but he should play a big role here, even if he comes off the bench.

England has really gotten lucky the last couple of games but the luck is going to run out in this game. The Netherlands offense has been impressive heading int othis game and they are going to continue that success scoring here. England’s offense isn’t even going to find the back of the net, and it’s going to be Netherlands that is going to end up on top this game. Back Netherlands on the money line.
