On the other side of this matchup is Bayern Munich who many believe is the favorite to win this entire tournament. In their last Champions League game against Chelsea, Bayern Munich was impressive on offense putting up four goals while giving up. Bayern Munich was already up 3-0 so that was enough for them to win on aggregate 7-1.

Even with Bayern Munich up 3-0 they still had 64 percent of the possession and there has to be a lot of confidence heading into this game. In the last game it was Robert Lewandowski who was once again the star of the show scoring the first goal of the game with a penalty kick, and adding another in the 83rd minute.

These are two teams who are good offensive squads, but both of these teams don’t want to make a mistake so this is going to be a defensive battle to start. Look for both teams to focus on defense, and that is going to lead to this game staying under the total.
