Norwich City (LLLLL) and West Ham United (LDWLL) will meet on Saturday, July 11th for an English Premier League match. The match is scheduled for a 7:30 AM EST start time and it will be played at Carrow Road. 

Norwich City's fate is pretty much settled, the team will be relegated from the Premier League after this season. No team that has been in Norwich City's position this late in the season has ever avoided relegation, therefore the boys of Carrow Road will be out soon. Norwich City is coming off a 2-1 loss to Watford in its last match. Norwich City actually took the lead in the early going, 1-0, but Craig Dawson was able to find the equalizer only six minutes afterward. In the 55th minute, Danny Welbeck found the back of the net for Watford. Watford would hold that score of 2-1 and earn a much-need three points in the standings. 

West Ham United was defeated by Burnley in its last match. Burnley's Nick Pope added his 25th clean sheet, as Burnley earned a 1-0 victory at West Ham United. West Ham United could have certainly benefited from a victory at home, especially when the team is still fighting to avoid relegation. Now, West Ham United is 16th place in the standings, four points above Aston Villa and Bournemouth in 18th and 19th. There is some wiggle room for West Ham United, but not enough to let a game like this pass without a win. West Ham United needs to win games like these if they want to stick around in the Premier League.

The last time Norwich City and West Ham United met was on August 31st of 2019, in which West Ham United was victorious by a 2-0 score in front of its home supporters. 

I am going to side with West Ham United, as although Norwich City has played a tad better than what its record says, I still like West Ham United to win this match. West Ham United needs this a lot more than Norwich City does (since Norwich City is basically done for), and I think the team can find enough offense for a victory.
