Fulham have a goose egg in the win column this season and perhaps a visit from West Brom could help cure that. The problem is that Fulham have been dreadful with just one point so far this season through six games. On the flipside, West Brom only has three points with three draws this season and I think it becomes four here as we get an ugly game that could finish scoreless but no matter how you slice it, I like the draw as my premium pick for this game.
