The fight between Katlyn Chookagian and Cynthia Calvillo is possibly the biggest non-title fight on the card as Calvillo could earn a title shot with a win here while Chookagian is trying to hold onto her #2 ranking and earn another shot at Valentina Shevchenko. The problem for Chookagian is that she was repeatedly taken down in her fight against Jessica Andrade and I just think that Calvillo has better wrestling and takedowns than Andrade does so Chookagian can be in trouble here if she’s fighting off of the mat and in her guard for an extended period of time. I’ll side with Cynthia Calvillo to win by decision as my premium pick for this fight.
