Houston Astros (34-34) vs Tampa Bay Rays (47-22)

It’s all or nothing for the Astros here as Zack Greinke has to try to keep Houston’s postseason hopes alive, but he’s a veteran pitcher who isn’t going to be scared off by the moment. With that said, I still wonder if Greinke is truly healthy after having his last start scratched because of arm soreness. Even when Greinke did take the mound, he gave up four runs in less than five innings against the A’s, and that’s not good considering that Houston’s scored five runs in three games in this series against Tampa Bay. Tyler Glasnow goes for the Rays and while the ERA’s been somewhat high around four this postseason, he has 20 strikeouts in his last 13.1 innings and Tampa has won each of Glasnow’s last 11 starts. I think Houston’s time has come and I’ll look for the Rays to take this one on the run line as my premium pick for this game.
