Ruffolo's VCU/Georgia Southern Best Bet

I get the reasoning for looking at the points, but VCU has been a team that pretty much crushes inferior opponents at home all season long. So far, VCU has played 3 D-I teams outside the KenPom top-100 at home and have won by 19, 21 and 26. Georgia Southern mayb barely be the best of the bunch, but there’s nothing that stands out about Georgia Souther to say they’d match up well here with VCU. VCU’s defensive weakness is the perimeter, and Georgia Southern is 236th in 3-point shooting. They’re better inside the arc, but VCU’s 2-point defense is top-10 nationally. I think the Rams put the clamps on the Eagles here and get a big win and cover at home.
