This is a big number to give up with NC State, but as bad as some of the ATS trends look for NC State, the reality is that they don’t tell the whole story here. Georgia Tech’s been beat up in conference play, sitting near the bottom of the conference tied with Louisville at 1-10 in the ACC basement after Louisville got their first conference win at Georgia Tech’s expense, and when you’re Georgia Tech, losing to Louisville by double digits, you’re on my dead list. Georgia Tech’s 0-5 SU and 1-4 ATS in conference road games this season, with four losses coming by double-digits to Louisville, UNC, Clemson and Florida State. Georgia Tech’s also 1-10 ATS in their last 11 games against a team with a winning record and 0-6 ATS in their last 6 games overall. NC State just demolished Florida State by 28 at home, and at home this season, NC State is averaging 82 PPG in their last four conference home games and are outscoring teams by 17.1 PPG at home while Georgia Tech’s being outscored by 10.5 PPG on the road this season. I’m smelling a NC State blowout here. Give me the Wolfpack.
