North Carolina certainly has some talent, especially on the offensive end, however, their defense has looked awful to start the season and they currently come into this game ranked t-312th in scoring defense, 324th in steals per game, & 231st in defensive FG%.

The Boilermakers are 4-1-1 ATS in their last 6 Saturday games & 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Tar Heels are 0-4-1 ATS in their last 5 games overall & 0-3-1 ATS in their last 4 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.

North Carolina has struggled with games against Brown & Charleston to start the season and as I don’t think their offense is going to be able to bail them out in this one, I think Purdue pulls away in this one and covers this spread.
