The Chargers will head to Cincinnati for their season opener. This game should get a lot of attention as #1 Draft Pick Joe Burrow will make his debut for the Bengals. Bengals fans have to be excited about drafting him and I think he's going to be a great QB for them for a long time but he doesn't have many good options to throw to outside of A.J. Green. I expect a lot of big plays between those 2 but A.J. Green will be getting a lot of attention from the defense which could lead to some interceptions for Burrow, especially early in the season. He does have a couple of good running backs that should help him get into good 2nd and 3rd down situations but it may still take him some time to get used to playing at this level. Tyrod Taylor will get start for the Chargers but I do think #6 draft pick Justin Herbert will eventually earn that role unless Taylor has a surprisingly good season. He's not the greatest QB in the league but has plenty of weapons around him to throw to and hand the ball off to. He should also take much better care of the ball than Rivers did. They'll be going up against one of the worst defenses in the league which is really nice for their 1st game of the season. The Chargers also have the better defense, which again, will give Burrow some problems in his NFL debut. The Chargers are laying 3 points right now and it is a little juiced so this might be a game I would bet sooner before having to lay the hook. Let's lay the points with the Chargers.
