I believe the Ravens are better on both sides of the ball and they get the win and cover in Tampa Bay. The Ravens secondary has been suspect this season but Mike Evans is dealing with some hamstring issues and won't be at 100%. The Ravens speed offensively will stretch the Bucs defense and we should see a bunch of explosive plays from Baltimore. Lay the points with the Ravens.
