I like the defending champs to cover the number in the season opener. They will be without Porzingis but the Celtics were without the big man for much of the post season and a number of games during the regular season last year as well. I believe Tatum feels a bit slighted with his Olympic playing time and Brown slighted after not even getting an invite to the Olympics after being Finals MVP. The motivation is there for Boston to defend their crown. KAT is a nice addition to the NY roster but it won't be enough in this game as the Celtics come out and send a message.
