This game has a huge impact on the playoff race as the DBacks are now in a second-place tie with the Mets for the second wild card. Just because the game is more important for the DBacks doesn't mean they will win it, and I like the Rockies to get the sweep this afternoon. Gomber has quietly been one of the best pitchers in baseball over his last few starts. He's gone at least 6 innings in his last 6 starts and has a 1.93 ERA in September over two starts. The game means more for the DBacks but the Rockies play spoiler yet again.
