These teams combined for 19 runs in the first game of the season as the Orioles beat the Red Sox 10 to 9. I'm not sure we see that many runs in this one but I do like it to go over the posted total. Sale gets the call for the Red Sox. Sale is now 34 years old and this isn't the same pitcher that used to dominate. He will be facing a very good Baltimore batting order and I'm sure we will see that Red Sox bullpen which is still brutal. As bad as the BoSox pitching staff is, they do have a lineup that is plenty capable of scoring runs. Kremer is solid for the O's but he's not a guy that is going to pitch 9, especially on opening day. We saw in the opener that the O's pen is a bit shaky as well. This game goes over the posted total.
