Houston had a chance to make it 3 in a row, but couldn't solve the Trail Blazers late in the game last time out. Now, they take on a Lakers team that certainly doesn't have much motivation right now.

Los Angeles is looking to just stay healthy right now as they have already clinched the 1 seed in the West. We saw that a little bit last night, when they couldn't solve the Thunder at all.

Houston meanwhile has been blowing up offensively and they've stepped up the intensity on the defensive end as of late. Look for that to be the difference here as we should see them really play with some intensity as they know the importance of making a statement against the top team in the West.
