The Oakland Athletics are not only losing games left and right, but most of these losses aren't close. In fact, 12 of the A's 19 losses have been decided by 4 or more runs. JP Sears isn't scaring anybody with his 4.98 ERA and 6 homers allowed in 21.2 innings. Shohei Ohtani pitched 6 shutout innings against the A's opening day on the road, and he's allowed 8 hits and 2 runs through 28 innings this season overall. This month through 22 innings, Ohtani has a 0.82 ERA, .090 allowed batting average and 28 strikeouts. Hard to see Oakland putting up a fight here. Give me the Angels and the RL to shave down the expensive price.
