Mississippi State Bulldogs (21-12) vs Pittsburgh Panthers (22-11)

This line is strange to me because the Pittsburgh Panthers were the more consistent team in a better conference. The SEC wasn't great this season and Mississippi State started off hot, got cold, got hot and then got cold again. You have no idea what to expect from Mississippi State from game to game, and the lack of outside shooting is a major issue. Pitt does a good job of defending the inside, so I question where the offense comes from the Bulldogs. Pitt was also 22-10-1 ATS on the season overall and 11-4-1 ATS in non home games. Pitt is a feisty team that loses as underdogs by an average of 3.8 points. I like Pitt to win this game outright.
