NC State beat Virginia Tech on the road in January and wins in the favorite role by an average of 13.3 points. Virginia Tech loses as an underdog by an average of 6.8 points while allowing 53.4 percent shooting. The Hokies are 1-3 ATS as an underdog. I'll lay the bucket with the Wolfpack.
