This line doesn't make sense to me, as Washington State hasn't done enough this season to deserve to be favored on the road in a rivalry game. Washington State is 3-8 SU on the road, where it loses by an average of 6.4 points. The Washington Huskies are 12-5 SU at home and this is a rivalry game they will be up for, especially with it being their last home game and having 7 seniors on the roster. I'll gladly take the plus money.
