Texas State isn't a world beater, but this is simply a fade of Georgia State. Texas State also just waxed Georgia State a few days ago while scoring 86 points. The Georgia State Panthers are losing their last 5 games by an average of 14.4 points and in the underdog role by an average of 11.2 points. Georgia State is 6-19-2 ATS on the year. This is a team that doesn't make bettors money and looks like a team ready for the season to end. I'll lay the chalk.
