I like the over in this game. Detroit has had plenty of issues in the last few weeks, but they have gone over 5.5 goals in three of their last four games. Detroit has also done a good job on creating chances during this rough patch and they finally broke through for seven goals last time out. Carolina is one of the better defensive teams in the NHL, but they should have a big offensive day against this Detroit defense that is simply not good. Take the over here.
