I like the Islanders in this game. Both of these teams come into this matchup really struggling over the last week, but New York will be at home. The Islanders are 1-0-2 in their last three games, so while they aren't getting many wins, they are doing a decent job of being competitive. Seattle has lost three of their last four games, with the three losses coming by at least two goals. Neither team is very good at scoring goals this season, but the Islanders have been the slightly better defensive team. Take New York at home here.
