I like the under in this game. Both of these teams are in the bottom half of the MLB in runs scored this year and they are both 26th and 28th in batting average. Cincinnati is starting Singer, who has allowed three earned runs or fewer in all three starts this year. Seattle is going with Woo, who has allowed one earned run in two of his three starts. I don't love either offense in this matchup and I think both pitchers are solid, so I like the under here.
