I like the Phillies in this game. Philadelphia lost game one in this series by a score of 10-4 and they are really struggling to win games right now, but Luzardo has been very good. Luzardo has allowed three earned runs over 18.0 innings of work, with one of those outings coming against the Dodgers. San Francisco has started the season very hot, but I don't believe in Verlander, who has allowed 10 earned runs over 13.0 innings. Take the Phillies -1.5 here.
