I like the over in this game. The Dodgers have one of the best scoring offenses in the MLB and the pitching matchup is not ideal for either team. LA is starting Michael Grove, who has allowed 16 earned runs over his last four starts (17 IP). Philadelphia is starting Ranger Suarez, who has allowed eight earned runs over his last three starts (18.2 IP). While Suarez hasn't allowed a ton of runs, he has allowed a lot of hits and has an elevated WHIP. Take the over here.
