The Houston Astros will face the Oakland Athletics in game 2 on Tuesday afternoon at Dodger Stadium. Framber Valdez (6-3 ERA: 3.21) for the Astros will face off against Sean Manaea (4-3 ERA 4.50) for Oakland. Valdez will make his first post season start on Tuesday afternoon against Oakland. Back on August 8th, Valdez went 7 innings against Oakland, striking out 9 and only giving up 1 earned run. Valdez can go 7 innings no problem, but will he keep the runs in check is the question. Meanwhile, Sean Manaea held the Astros to just 1 run back on September 10th, going 7 innings with 4 strikeouts and a WHIP of .29. Oakland needs to even up the series on Tuesday afternoon and I think they will. Take the Oakland A's on the money line.
