The Tampa Bay Rays will take on the New York Yankees in San Diego on Monday to open up the series. Gerrit Cole (8-3 ERA 2.81) will take the mound for the Yankees and Blake Snell(5-2 ERA 2.91) takes the mound for the Rays. Cole has 3 starts against the Rays in 2020 and the Yankees have won 1 and lost 2 when Cole has started. Cole has been on fire over the last 4 starts, going 7 innings in all 4 games and not allowing more than 2 earned runs in each start. Cole had the Yankees bats to behind him, winning 3 of the last 3 starts. On the other side, Blake Snell has 2 starts against the Yankees in 2020.
