Portland Trailblazers (28-39) vs Toronto Raptors (24-43)

At face value, you could argue that Toronto is playing way better than Portland right now. After all, the Raptors are 6-1 SUATS in their last 7 while the Blazers are 1-6 SU and 3-3 ATS in their last 7. That said, the strength of those schedules couldn't more more different. The Raptors faced Utah, Washington, and Orlando twice, and Philly once. Portland had to take on New York, Golden State, Detroit, OKC, Boston, and Cleveland. I won't look too deep into those records for this one. The fact of the matter is Toronto is pretty banged up and Portland are 17-5 ATS on the season in non-conference games. I'll lay the points.
