Toronto Maple Leafs vs. Anaheim Ducks Prediction
I’m on the Maple Leafs here. I get the case to be made for the Ducks who have been playing some solid hockey as of late and have been a tough out at home. However, we’re at the point where I think the Ducks are resigned to their fate that they’re missing the postseason, and while I’d give them a chance against teams like the Rangers, the Maple Leafs are in a dogfight for the Atlantic division title with crucial games against Florida coming up that will go a long way towards determining the division race. I think Toronto needs to take advantage of every opportunity they have to accrue points against teams not named Florida or Tampa Bay, and I think they get the win in this one to get those key points. Give me Toronto here.
