I’m taking the Red Wings in this one. Detroit’s win streak is good for the franchise to get the ship pointed in the right direction. San Jose has been competitive at times this season, but in the grand scheme of things, they’ve started to stall offensively again and are not providing enough value to feel comfortable about backing here. Detroit’s luck will run out eventually and maybe it’ll happen over their upcoming road trip as they play some tough opposition over that stretch, but for right now, I’m just not seeing a challenge being posed by the Sharks here. Give me Detroit.
