Montreal Canadiens vs New York Islanders Prediction

New York comes into this matchup after getting shutout 1-0 in their last game, so they will look to find some offense in this game. The Islanders have played very strong defense in their first four games and Sorokin has looked very good in his two starts, but scoring 2.50 goals per game is not ideal. Montreal has also had some very good goaltending from Montembeault, but even with that good goaltending, they have still allowed four goals or more in three of their last four games. I don’t love either offense in this game and with the goalies playing very well, I am taking the under here.

David Racey's Pick: Under 6
